Range Report for Tandem Source

For t:slim X2 and Mobi families — with whichever sensor the pump is paired with, Dexcom or Libre. The readings come from the pump's own records, so this page works for Tandem + Libre setups too (whose sensor data never reaches Clarity).

Everything happens in your browser. Your export file is read and calculated on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, stored, or sent to us — or to anyone.

Step 1 — Download your export from Tandem Source

  1. On a computer, sign in at source.tandemdiabetes.com — the same login as the Tandem mobile app. If you already share data with your doctor, you're one export away.
  2. Open Reports, then the Daily Timeline report.
  3. Set your date range. Tandem Source allows up to 30 days per export — for a longer picture, run the export more than once with back-to-back date ranges, and upload all the CGM files together below.
  4. Use the report's CSV export. You'll get several files in your Downloads folder, each starting with CSV_ and your name.
  5. Upload the one ending in -CGM.csv below — that's the file with the sensor readings. (The others hold insulin data the tool doesn't need.)

On a filtered computer, source.tandemdiabetes.com may need to be unlocked by your filter provider first — it's a medical site, and they typically approve it quickly.

Step 2 — Read it here

Drop your Tandem CGM file(s) here, or tap to choose — several at once is fine

The Standard Report

The clinical bands your care team uses — the same yardstick for everyone, so the numbers are comparable.

My Ranges

Your own bands, measured against the same data. Each range is counted on its own — overlap is fine.

Your ranges are saved in your browser only, so they'll be here next time — on this device.
