Range Report for Dexcom Clarity

Download your export file from Dexcom Clarity once, and this page reads it — standard Time in Range plus your own optimal ranges.

Everything happens in your browser. Your export file is read and calculated on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, stored, or sent to us — or to anyone.

Step 1 — Download your export from Clarity

  1. On a computer, sign in at clarity.dexcom.com. (The Clarity phone app cannot make this file — it only makes PDF reports.)
  2. At the top right of any report page, look for a row of small icons. Click the Export icon — the one that looks like a document with an arrow leaving it, next to the print and download icons.
  3. Pick your date range — 30 days works well (Clarity allows up to 90) — and click Export.
  4. You'll get a file ending in .csv — send it here exactly as downloaded. Don't open and re-save it in Excel first; Excel can reshuffle the dates.

On a filtered computer, clarity.dexcom.com may need to be unlocked by your filter provider first — it's a medical site, and they typically approve it quickly.

The Standard Report

The clinical bands your care team uses — the same yardstick for everyone, so the numbers are comparable.

My Ranges

Your own bands, measured against the same data. Each range is counted on its own — overlap is fine.

Your ranges are saved in your browser only, so they'll be here next time — on this device.
